After many COVID-19 delays, ACON and Thorne Harbour Health are delighted to announce the LGBTIQ Women’s Health Conference has moved online!

Tickets are now available, and you can look forward to hearing from experts, researchers, health and service providers and community members on the pressing health issues concerning our rich and diverse women’s communities, such as sexual and gender identity, sexual health, mental health, violence and safety, tobacco and drug use, alcohol consumption, cancer screening and more.

The program will reflect the conference’s theme – ‘Our Health Matters’ – with the keynote presentation delivered by the research team behind UnLEASH, Australia’s first longitudinal cohort study exploring lesbian, bisexual and queer women’s health and wellbeing and the relationship with smoking, drinking and using drugs.

Since the conference will be presented in an online format, this allows for much greater accessibility and a higher capacity for presenters and speakers to participate in the program. Sessions will also be available to view after the conference – so you can watch on demand later!

Conference tickets are $20 (individuals funded by an organisation), $15 (individuals) or $10 (concession). Conference attendance for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people (when not funded by an organisation) is free. No one will be turned away due to lack of funds, so please contact conference@acon.org.au if you need assistance.

Grab your ticket and join us online!
